Concetta Rosa Maria Franconero, who was professionally known as Connie Francis was an American actress, pop singer and one of the top charting female vocalist in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
Connie has more than a dozen 20 hits from 1957-1964, including “Who’s Sorry Now?,” “The Heart Has a Mind of Its Own,” and “Don’t Break The Heart That Loves You.”
She got married four times with Dick Kannelis(1964-1964), Izzy Marion(1971-1972), Joseph Garzilli(1973-1978) whom she had a child with and Bob Parkinson(1985-1987).
In year 1960, Connie Francis was recognized as the most successful female recording artist in Germany, Italy, Australia, Japan and USA.
Connie was estimated to have sold more than 100 million records worldwide. She was legendary in the entertainment industry.
