Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has married the love of his life, Chioma Rowland, in a lavish white wedding ceremony in Miami, Florida.
The highly anticipated event, which took place at the W South Beach Hotel, marks a new chapter for the couple, who have been together for years.
The wedding, which kicked off with a stunning pre-wedding “Havana Night” party, has attracted a star-studded guest list. Prominent figures from politics, business, and entertainment have flown to Miami to celebrate with the couple.
Notable attendees include Africa’s richest man Aliko Dangote, businessman Obi Cubana and his wife Lush Eby, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, and fellow music stars like Zlatan and Poco Lee. Davido’s daughter, Hailey, was also seen at the venue, dressed in a beautiful pink dress.
The groom arrived in style, pulling up in a new white Lamborghini, while the bride made a grand entrance in a Rolls-Royce. Davido looked sharp in a brown tailored suit, matching his groomsmen, while Chioma was a vision of elegance in a stunning white wedding gown.
This ceremony is the latest milestone for the couple, who got engaged in 2019. Their traditional wedding took place in Lagos in June 2024. The Miami celebration, which reportedly cost Davido a staggering $3.7 million, is a fitting end to their long and celebrated journey.
